2. MUSIC:
Classical vocal:
Shruthi box allowed.
Time limit 9+1 min.
Tanpura allowed.
Indian Music:
Time limit 20 min.( on stage to off stage)
8 members in a team.
Only one team per college.
Only drum kit will be provided by the college.
Categories include: Solo, Duet, Group & instrumental..
Western music
Max time 20 min.
8 members in a team.
Only one team per college.
Drum kit will be provided by the college.
3. THEATRE:
Dumb charades:
One Team of 3.
Standard rules apply.
Mad Ads:
One Team of 8 members.
Props allowed.
Dangerous props will not be allowed.
Any sort of Obscenity will lead to disqualification.
Time limit 8+2 min.
4. DANCES:
Folk (group):
One Team of 6 members.
Time limit 5+1 min.
Film songs are not allowed.
Props allowed.
Dangerous props will lead to immediate disqualification.
Western (group):
One Team of 6 members.
Time limit 5+1 min.
Props allowed.
Dangerous props will lead to immediate disqualification.
5. ARTS:
Sketching:
Topic will be given on spot.
Only Sheets will be provided.
Time limit 1 hour.
Ikebana:
Max time 2 hours.
One Team of two.
No materials will be provided.
GENERAL RULES
Registration fees for all events per college is Rs. 500, Cheques/DD to be drawn in favor of Principal, DSCE.
All participants/students have to carry their college identity cards and produce when required.
Spot entries are subject to approval.
Organizers’ and Judges’ decisions are final.
Schedule is subject to changes.
Students have to keep up the dignity and decorum of the festival by maintaining strict discipline.
